ordering, payment & gift wrapping

Our online ordering and payment system is in development. Until it is up and running, here’s how to order:

email orders: Along with your order, please email us your name, billing and shipping addresses as well as your telephone number. Because email is neither encrypted nor secure, please do not email your credit card information. We will call you for your credit card information.

special orders: Whenever possible, we are happy to do special orders for items that we do not normally stock.

At the time of your order, we require a deposit of 50% of the order value. Based on the information available from the manufacturer, we will notify you of the delivery timing. If for some reason the product is unavailable, we will let you know and refund your deposit.

When the order arrives, we will notify you and expect final payment within 30 days. Due to the nature of special orders, we cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges. However, if a product is defective, when possible, we will replace defective merchandise or provide a full refund.

order confirmation: We will send you an email confirming your order along with an approximate total amount and the date the item will ship.

payment & sales tax
We accept personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and, of course, cash.

Generally, items are charged to your credit card when they ship. For back ordered items, we will charge a 50% deposit at the time of the order, and charge the remaining 50% when the item is shipped to you. Your freight charge will be pro-rated to the value each shipment.

For items shipped within Massachusetts, 5% sales tax will be charged to the merchandise total.

packaging & gift wrapping
We would be happy to gift wrap your item, free of charge — just let us know when you order. Also, we can include a gift message with any order. We apologize that some item are too large to gift wrap; we will let you know if we are unable to wrap an item.

shipping information

shipping charges: We are able to ship to US, US Territories, AFO/FPO and Candian addresses. Typically, we ship via UPS & expect arrival within 5 to 7 business days. Please see the charts below to estimate the standard shipping charge for your order.

order tracking: For UPS and FedEx orders, we can provide you with a tracking number via email. Otherwise, give us call during normal business hours and we can check on your shipment.

shipping to post office boxes: Orders sent to PO boxes can only be shipped via USPS priority mail; thus, we cannot send UPS or expedited orders to PO boxes.

returns & exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know as we want to take care of you.

returning merchandise: All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with original receipt and packaging. Then return the item with a copy of your original receipt, and any correspondence, in the original packaging. Please ship the package using a prepaid, traceable and insured method to:

Please note that special orders and sale items are not refundable.

damaged items: We pack our items well, but damage can happen in transit. If an item is damaged, please let us know within 15 days of receipt of item so that we can help you with your claim. Unfortunately, we cannot process claims made after after 15 days.

exchanges, store credits & refunds: We are happy to exchange an item or offer you a store credit. We will also provide a refund in the form of a credit to your account for credit card purchases, or a mailed check for cash, check or debit card purchases.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
